Every Chipper seat cushion is made entirely from PE foam offcuts reclaimed from NEMO's sleeping pad production, material that would otherwise end up as manufacturing waste. Those scraps are deliberately blended and remoulded to achieve just the right balance of support, cushion, and resilience, then shaped using the same hexagonal nesting pattern found in NEMO's Switchback pad to optimise packed size and weight.
